• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Pricing & Changes

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update package costs before final confirmation.

5. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

• Some services may be non-refundable once confirmed.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe but may be subject to deductions (administration fees, supplier penalties, etc.).

6. Travel Documents & Compliance

• You are responsible for ensuring that you hold valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required for your journey.

• NOMO will assist with visa processing but cannot guarantee approval; decisions rest solely with the issuing authorities.

• You must comply with all laws, regulations, and requirements of the country of travel, including religious and cultural practices (e.g., rules during Hajj/Umrah).

7. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.

• Misuse the website or engage in fraudulent activity.

• Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• NOMO acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies, visa authorities).

  • Losses due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, health risks, or force majeure events beyond our control.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked directly with NOMO.
